Encino Meeting Room (Lobby Level)
Urban areas are enjoying a renaissance. In fast growing cities, core areas are coping with newfound growth pressure. New activity, housing, recreation, and employment are beckoning new residents back to old neighborhoods. Established neighborhoods and downtowns are reshaping themselves to draw people back. Urban centers of all sizes are undertaking new and innovative projects to redefine themselves. This session will feature panelists who have helped their cities emerge, and how COGs and MPOs can play a role.
