Sponsored by: NARC Rural Transportation Committee Regional Rural Transportation Planning Organizations (RTPOs) will have new and unique opportunities to provide services in transportation to their communities under SAFETEA-LU. This session examines how RTPOs are created and funded and how they interact with State Agencies and other regional partners. This is a hands-on session for those in the rural transportation business or just getting started.
