The National Association of Regional Council’s 51st  Annual Conference & Exhibition is headed to Monterey, CA this June.

Come meet with elected officials, executive directors, senior staff, and community planners from regional councils and metropolitan planning organizations across the country. Portola Hotel, 2 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940. De Anza Foyer, Lobby Level is for exhibitors. Please see the meeting space map for specific location.

Exhibitor check in and setup*
Sunday, June 4 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or Monday, June 5 from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM. If you choose to set up Monday morning, the space opens at 7:00 AM but exhibitors must be set up by 8:00 AM. Tables dimensions are 30″x6′ tables (skirted). We can arrange for an 8′ table if it is needed, depending on space. NOTE: We encourage exhibitors to arrive on Sunday. Registration will open at noon.

Exhibitor check out*
Tuesday, June 6, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Exhibitors should not break down until after that last session has broken and attendees have vacated the area.

Boxes can be shipped directly to the hotel to arrive no earlier than Thursday, June 1. Shipping address is Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay, 2 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940 and phone is 831.649.7886. Boxes should have the following information on the labels, so they can be identified as part of NARC’s group:

Booth Materials
Need to order/reserve additional supplies for your booth? Power is $100; just check the appropriate box on the exhibitor/sponsorship invoice and add the amount to the total. If you need additional items, please reach out to anna@narc.org to discuss available options and pricing.

Internet access will be provided.

17-Mile Drive and Carmel Mobile Tour – $40
Widely recognized as one of the most scenic drives in the world, this famous coastal landmark runs from Pacific Grove to Pebble Beach, featuring awe-inspiring vistas and legendary sites perfect for an afternoon of exploration. Marvel at some of nature’s treasures, including: the Lone Cypress, Spanish Bay, and Stillwater Cove. Time will be provided to explore downtown Carmel, where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch, do a bit of shopping, or just stroll around to take in the beauty. You’ll want to bring a camera, comfortable walking shoes, and a sweater or light jacket.
