The National Association of Regional Council’s 51st Annual Conference & Exhibition is headed to Monterey, CA this June.
Come meet with elected officials, executive directors, senior staff, and community planners from regional councils and metropolitan planning organizations across the country. Exhibitor check in and setup*
Sunday, June 4 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or Monday, June 5 from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM. If you choose to set up Monday morning, the space opens at 7:00 AM but exhibitors must be set up by 8:00 AM. Tables dimensions are 30″x6′ tables (skirted). We can arrange for an 8′ table if it is needed, depending on space. NOTE: We encourage exhibitors to arrive on Sunday. Registration will open at noon.

Tuesday, June 6, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Exhibitors should not break down until after that last session has broken and attendees have vacated the area.
Boxes can be shipped directly to the hotel to arrive no earlier than Thursday, June 1. Boxes should have the following information on the labels, so they can be identified as part of NARC’s group:

The hotel has increased the number of rooms available for Saturday night, June 3. If you were trying to book a reservation that started or included that night, but had been unable to complete the process OR if you still need to book a reservation that includes that night, please reserve your room by midnight, Monday, April 24. The additional rooms for Saturday night at $189 are ONLY available through next Monday – after that, the Saturday night rate will increase to $229.
- Please note that if your reservation does not include Saturday night, the group discount will continue to be available through the previously announced deadline of Friday, May 12.
- If you have previously confirmed Saturday night at a higher rate, we are working with the hotel to lower your rate, but please email Marcy (email@example.com) to let her know your reservations have been impacted so she can confirm the change.

Widely recognized as one of the most scenic drives in the world, this famous coastal landmark runs from Pacific Grove to Pebble Beach, featuring awe-inspiring vistas and legendary sites perfect for an afternoon of exploration. Marvel at some of nature’s treasures, including: the Lone Cypress, Spanish Bay, and Stillwater Cove. Time will be provided to explore downtown Carmel, where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch, do a bit of shopping, or just stroll around to take in the beauty. You’ll want to bring a camera, comfortable walking shoes, and a sweater or light jacket.
