Transportation Program Dues:
In order to support NARC's transportation program, if you are a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) your membership dues are at .25% of your population up to a maximum of $12,500. Stand alone MPOs do not have a fee base - apply the percentage formula to your population to calculate dues.

Statewide Membership:
An additional 10% discount to the total case dues calculation will be granted when all recognized regional councils in a state join NARC. The rebate will be given upon payment from all regional councils of the given state.
Note: In any hardship case, the NARC Executive Director has authority to negotiate dues.
