In an era of scare resources, regions are turning to innovative methods to build their economies without duplicating efforts and diluting resources. The discussions will focus on regional cluster development and funding public policy issues; processes in place to identify clusters; the types of plans under development specialists will describe how cluster-based strategies lead to higher wage jobs and increased economic growth.
