Green Infrastructure Workshops
NARC holds cooperative agreements with several federal agencies that allow NARC to conduct workshops on current and critical issues that face local and regional communities. The workshops are often conducted during the NARC Washington Policy Conference and Annual Conference. The two areas that NARC has been conducting workshops are in: green infrastructure/landcare and the integration of air quality and transportation planning.
The NARC website has broken the workshop information into upcoming and past workshops. The current workshop section will allow the viewer to view the flyer for the upcoming event (click here for flyer); an on-line registration for the upcoming workshop event; and an evaluation form to use after the event. A contact is made available if you need assistance.
The past workshops are separated by topic and organized by date. Each workshop provides a flyer that gives a brief description and lists the speakers, a summary article on the workshop that has appeared in one of NARC’s publications.
