Dear NARC Members,

During the week of September 23rd, the National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) will be celebrating our first Membership Week! This week is all about you, because without your support and leadership, NARC would not be able to bring regional councils across the country together and advocate for regional solutions.

Over the next couple of weeks, NARC staff will be calling all of our members to personally say thank you for your continued membership. I encourage you to share with the NARC staff member you connect with what you enjoy about being a NARC member and what you think we could be doing to better serve you.

We will also be using the calls to remind you of all the services offered as a part of your NARC membership. Keep an eye out on social media for posts throughout the week highlighting these benefits.

On behalf of the NARC staff, thank you for your support of our organization. We look forward to using our first Membership Week to show our appreciation for you, and hopefully introduce you to a new aspect of NARC that will help your organization further promote a regional approach to planning for the future.

Sincerely,

Leslie Wollack

Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) is a proud partner of NARC, participating in NARC’s advocacy in Washington, regional conferences, and member network. I encourage you to take advantage of all the opportunities that NARC membership provides. SEMCOG is particularly excited to be hosting the 2020 NARC Annual Conference in Detroit and I hope to see you there!
